SSERV undertook this project to supply and install roofing, cladding and associated RWG for Deeley Construction, the appointed Main Contractor for Housing21.
The works comprised a Kalzip roofing system, Euroclad vieo roof and wall cladding and a small section of Sarnafil single ply roofing to a terrace, with our in house team completing the design and fabrication of aluminium pressings.
The project was completed in 2 phases for which the approximate value of our package was £600,000.
The project was to deliver an affordable retirement extra care residence consisting of 80 flats with onsite facilities and local amenities for those aged 55 and over. The location of the project presented logistical challenges with a number of local schools, residential areas and shops in the vicinity of the works.
