Euroclad vieo warm roof and wall cladding system

SSERV undertook this project to supply and install roofing, cladding and associated RWG for Deeley Construction, the appointed Main Contractor for Housing21.

The project was completed in 2 phases for which the approximate value of our package was £600,000.

The project was to deliver an affordable retirement extra care residence consisting of 80 flats with onsite facilities and local amenities for those aged 55 and over.  The location of the project presented logistical challenges with a number of local schools, residential areas and shops in the vicinity of the works. 

The project was completed during 2020-2021 during COVID restrictions and the associated supply chain issues adding an extra layer of complexity to the project.
