SSERV were instructed to supply and install Kalzip standing seam roof; design, supply and install Aluminium rainwater goods, soffits, fascias and window surrounds for this project. With Deeley Construction appointed as Main Contractor for an NHS site to provide facilities and services for the local community.
Thanks to SSERV’s in house team; design works were completed, approved and ready for install within a very short period of time.
The site presented particular challenges due it is location and proximity to residential areas on this new low carbon health facility.
Works were carried out during 2023 and the SSERV site team were able to deliver our works package to schedule and the hub is now open, providing a wealth of services to the local area.
